I thought I'd offer an update on where Chariot is.
The body of the game rules are complete, namely:
Character creation;
Relationships;
Obstacles and Conflicts;
Magic;
and
The Catastrophe List.
Relationships;

A fair amount of setting detail is tied up with most of those, and so that lot comes to about 35,000 words.
What's left to be finished amounts to:
The supporting cast;
The Gazetteer of the Twin Continents;
and
The Astral Realm and the Akâsha.

What this means is that it's now, in terms of rules and structure, a playable, functionally complete game. I just need to fill in the world that it inhabits. Not long now.
